1. Brand Ownership & Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, imagery, branding elements, product names, and creative content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of DURTYSEEDZ. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
2. Product Authenticity & Availability
DURTYSEEDZ products are released in limited quantities. We do not guarantee product availability or restocks. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colors, materials, textures, and sizing may vary slightly from images due to manufacturing processes, photography, and display settings. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee exact color matching.
3. Orders, Payments & Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you agree to pay the price listed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear fraudulent, orders placed in violation of our policies, or orders for products that are no longer available. We may require additional verification for orders that we deem suspicious. In cases of suspected fraud, we will cancel the order and may refuse future orders from the same customer.
4. Shipping, Returns & Chargebacks
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Returns and exchanges are accepted only within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to sender. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting customer service may result in permanent account suspension and may be pursued for fraud. We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who initiate chargebacks without proper cause.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse this website. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, using automated systems or software to extract data from the website, reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code, copying or reproducing any content without authorization, using the website for any illegal purpose, or interfering with the website's operation. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DURTYSEEDZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the website or products shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
